NOTE: This article has an advanced degree of difficulty and we recommend that you already be familiarized with the notion of sexual continence before you read it. Please read it with extra attention because some of the things we want to communicate cannot be expressed in a simple form. The notions we are about to unveil are the heart of the tantric teachings about sacred sexuality and we are sure that you will see them as a revolutionary way in comparison to the general attitude towards sex.

Sexuality never was “ethical”… it is “non-ethical” in itself. To code the sexual appetite, to put it under norms that are not specific to it, is useless and reveals a lack of knowledge on its great possibilities – the generation of subtle energies.

In reality it is a veritable masterpiece of alchemy. There is nothing and nobody to be judged, analysed. It is necessary to understand the nature of our throbs and passions by experimenting. Getting close to our sexuality and us represents a true art.

Here the condition is that we maintain a sharp level of awareness, a deep consciousness of the physiological impulses during lovemaking, a clear and distinct perceiving of the subtle processes that give birth to desire and lead pleasure to ecstasy.

The Tantric tradition and the Taoist one preserve veritable treasures of knowledge about the alchemic nature of the human sexuality. In order to understand the perspectives of this “trans-personal sexology”, we must learn first how to perceive and feel.

Learning how to perceive and feel “what it is” is the way to fully achieve the act of lovemaking, not pieced in passing and unsubstantial pleasures. In this way, in order to understand the depth of human nature, the alchemy of “the vibrating energies”, we must experience the diversity of the psychosomatic and spiritual phenomenon and discover their intimate processing.

When desire is perceived in its subtle, energetic manifestations, a metamorphism of the sexual attraction, which had been strictly organic until that moment, takes place.

The pleasure is diffused through the whole body and a state of voluptuousness is born beyond the functions of the human personality (emotions and feelings) and sometimes even independently.

Sensual love can be seen as a genuine art only when there is authentic love going on between the two. The full experience of love, joy and pleasure can become the jumping board to the superior states of consciousness.

The sexual attraction often precedes the sexual act. When passing from the organic level to the subtle emotional level, this emotion is exceptionally re-lived, but sexual attraction cannot generate a veritable alchemy by itself.

The alchemy of the sexual act therefore involves a deep knowledge of one’s own sexuality, a total control over the sexual energy and the existence of pure and unconditional love.

The “fire of passion” is, above all, a “voluptuousness of the eternity”
From a superior point of view, the sexual act is not a simple consummation of a physical, animalistic desire.

It is, in fact, an interior aspiration to accomplish the alchemical masterpiece of merging the Male – the Solar principle with the Female – the Lunar one in order to become the perfect human being.

This is a new approach of sexuality, which could shock many people. “Could the sexual act help humans reach that perfect state of salvation that mystics refer to?” The answer is simple and very real: YES.

The will to love, to please and the effort to make the other happy have their origins in a deep, inner aspiration to become one with oneself in the universal bliss.

“The fire of passion” that appears between two lovers, is, above all, a voluptuousness of the eternity. The orgasm is wanted and wished for by people not only because it is a very pleasant and intense sensation, but also because it takes us out from time and gives us the opportunity to feel the taste of eternity.

Knowing all this, a person who is spiritual and sexually continent can reach the summits of the spiritual life (that can usually be reached only by prayer and meditation) by experiencing lovemaking with spiritual emotion and transfiguration.

Therefore, the orgasm does not necessary correspond only to pleasure; it essentially belongs to that nonmaterial, spiritual nature of ourselves.

Contemplative Sex, Part 3

The contemplative sexuality makes it possible to spontaneously perceive our relationship with the Universe. The actual “technique” of lovemaking is not primarily important, because here there is no result to attain.

In this approach, both man and woman are spontaneously on the path of self-discovery, without judging or expecting anything in advance, but living passionately that which exists in the moment.

In our era of high speed, the only technical request is to have enough time, or, better to say, to take enough time. By this, is not only meant the time that is measured in seconds, hours, days, etc., but chiefly a psychic attribute (which could be called a degree of excellence) that allows events to happen in their own time, an inner rhythm that defines a no-hurry attitude. This is a fundamentally essential attitude without which spirituality is impossible.

The modern approach to sexuality is a hurried, forced event, in which woman’s orgasm is a relatively rare happening and premature movements speed up man’s ejaculation.

The TANTRIC and TAOIST modality of no-ego-involvement allows an endless exchange of love and delays the male ejaculation to the point of disappearance.

This approach is much easier for women, due to their basically passive, receptive nature. But once man gets used to this spiritual approach of sexuality, he can prolong lovemaking indefinitely in time, offering to his woman the greatest possible degree of satisfaction and fulfilment, together with a quick and profound path leading to self-discovery and enlightenment.

One of the first steps of the contemplative sexuality is the discovery of the profundity and pleasure of the most simple contacts, which are generally considered either as having little to do with the sexual act or as being preliminary to it.

It is, for example, discovering the beauty of seeing your loved one, of touching him or her, of listening to his or her voice. There is one condition though: do not expect these contacts to lead to anything, do not force them to lead to anything but let them follow their natural course and stay in a state of detached expectancy.

Thus received, the outer and the inner world become charged with an incredible intensity of life, and we perceive ourselves as containing, to a certain degree, the outer reality reflected in our inner world.

The idea of contemplative sexuality is found in Japan in the tea ceremony. This ceremony (actually rooted in the practice of ZEN) associates the metaphysical ecstasy with the social fact of drinking tea with a few good friends.

During the tea ceremony, the most important activity is the continuous act of contemplation – all the rest being secondary from the very beginning and somehow unimportant.

If this fact is not understood, the tea ceremony risks to become a refined snobbishness without any spiritual significance, just as the contemplative lovemaking without the understanding of the doctrine of non-ego-involvment may become a refined art of prolonging the sexual act and enhancing the pleasure, but without much spiritual value.

It is a pity that the majority of those who start the practice of TANTRA (and even many of those who consider themselves advanced) think of it as a skill that will be attained through the practice of certain techniques.

There is nothing to attain! There is no effort, no goal, and no path. The only thing that might require some effort is to give up, to unlearn our prejudices about sexuality. After this has been done, TANTRA is what remains.


Techniques For Getting A Strong Erection, Part 2

Let us turn our attention towards the ejaculatory process again. Premature or not, the ejaculation depends on the sympathetic nervous system, which warns the seminal glands to prepare for the seminal expulsion.

One movement and the sympathetic system will determine the powerful contractions form the base of the penis, which in its turn determines the ejaculation, an irreversible process.

In conclusion: in order to overcome impotence, we have to manage and calm our sympathetic nervous system. In order to control the erection and prevent ejaculation, we have to stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system.

In order to activate the parasympathetic system we should control and be aware of our breathing. Breathe in slowly, deeply, and exhale gradually, relaxed.

This respiratory pattern should be constant during the sexual act, beginning with the foreplay. The man gains insight stays calm, serene and his reward is a full-bodied erection, and a satisfied woman.

Moreover, in order to avoid the sympathetic system to become over-excited, it is highly important that the movements of the two lovers are smooth, and the man adapts to the rhythm of his lover. Avoid all sudden movements, smile and maintain a relaxed atmosphere.

Finally, far from losing his potency with age, the man who practices sexual continence gains strength and resistance.

The preserving of the sperm enhances the libido, and the man will not get to find out the progression erosion of his sexual power – a constant worry of any man over 40 years old.

The young man “compensates” the loss of energy through ejaculation through a faster “recharge”. At a young age, the man has to wait only a few minutes before he is ready to take over again.

Later, while he advances in age, he has to wait up to several hours until he is ready for a new experience.

However, in compensation to the patience, the years that pass bring to each man, even to those who ejaculate, a sexual maturity which makes them appreciated lovers.

Consequently, is the “quick” erection such a great asset? The “aged” lover may wait a little longer, but instead he can carry on making love for a longer period, making him more desirable than the young and unexperienced man, who finishes before he started.

Let us now dwell upon the sexual “erosion” that comes around with age. The cause is the terrible waste of sperm that fatally occurs with the years.

On the contrary, by preserving your sexual energy through the practice of sexual continence you will be always youthful and full of energy. The frequent ejaculations shorten the man’s orgasms.

While in his 20’s, a man could “throw” away his sperm at about half of meter, distance that dramatically decreases with age due to the frequent ejaculations.

In order to avoid these unpleasant aspects there is only one solution – to avoid wasting the sperm. The man as sexual animal is an exception and does not stand comparison to other mammals.

Nonetheless, we should mention the fact that the animals themselves copulate only in short periods for reproduction purposes, and that the males may spend months without intercourse.

This may explain the progressive exhaustion of the sexual energy. The tantric and Taoist teachings indicate also the fact that the waste of sperm exhausts the virility and is the main cause for premature sexual senility.

Seminal retention allows a rich sexual life, including several intimate contacts a day, and preserves the biological youth of the practitioner.

It is enough to practice the seminal retention for only one week or two in order to be able to notice the sexual tonus coming back to your best shape.

The principal objection to seminal retention is that the testicles produce spermatozoids continuously regardless of the number of ejaculations. This is true.

However, when the ejaculations are too close in time, the spermatozoids are less numerous and the sperm contains a number of immature gametes, indicating the fact that the testicles have to work extra and the pressure on them is greater than it would normally be.

However, the men that have been practicing sexual continence for decades are a living proof of the fact that it does not imply any risk for one’s health, but only benefits.

It is important that we underline the following aspects:

  • The hardness and duration of the erection are a sign of a man’s virility.
  • The erection-phenomenon is the pillar that sustains the sexual experience, be it profane or initiated.
  • The practice of the exercises described in the “Men” section can give you a stronger erection, as a direct consequence of the stimulation of erotic vitality, the penis maintaining an upright position for hours.
  • It is important that we understand that the erection may be triggered more easily if before intercourse you will perform a relaxation of the whole body, insisting on the erogenous-sexual areas.


How to Avoid Ejaculation, Part 1



Now, when you started learning how to control your sexual muscles you are capable of learning some techniques so that you can also control your sexual energy when your arousal reaches high levels.

The more you will practice the exercises presented on our site so far, the easier it will be for you to practice the ones that follow and avoid crossing the point of non-return.

The most important thing that you must do is to maintain the awareness of your own arousal rhythm and to stop before you reach the point when stopping is unnecessary.

The name given to this technique in sexology is the stop/start technique and it has at its foundations the idea that it is better to stop sooner than too late.

Probably in the beginning, you will need to cease the stimulation for 30-40 seconds, so that the impulse to ejaculate will have time to fade away.

The profound breath described in the article Breath control – The basics in sexual continence is highly important in controlling the rhythm of your arousal and in avoiding ejaculation.

However, some men practice sexual continence, breathe rapidly in order to avoid ejaculation (the yogic tradition named this pattern of breathing the fire breathing), and direct the sexual energy to the area of the head. The deep breathing will help you acquire a state of inner calm and peace, while the rapid breathing helps you transform the sexual energy in inner “fire”.

As we already mentioned, the PC muscle surrounds the prostate through which the semen must pass before expulsion.

If you learn how to contract the prostate during the orgasm in the contraction phase (when the prostate contracts involuntarily), you will learn to avoid the discharge of semen. The dreadful point of non-return is situated somewhere between contractions and expulsion.

A man who practice lovemaking with sexual continence describes his experience in the following terms: “I avoid ejaculation simply by contracting my PC muscle at the right time. It took some time to reach this result, but it definitely is worth the effort.”

Many specialists in sexology recommend the squeezing of the penis, a technique that was developed for men confronted with premature ejaculation.

The exercise is quite simple. Place the index and middle finger of the right hand on the posterior part of the penis, and the thumb on its anterior side and then squeeze. Some men hold their penis as they hold the handle of a bicycle, with all their hand, and this helps them reduce their excitation.

Although these techniques may be very effective in the solo practice, they are quite inappropriate when making love, because they imply solitude. However, if this is the only way for you to avoid ejaculation, you should do this nonetheless.

Another effective technique is to press the base of your penis, as this pressure will help you control your arousal and will strengthen your erections.

The pressure of the point between the anus and sex while contracting the PC muscle is one of the most ancient Taoist techniques used for the control of the sexual energy.

This helps to the delay of ejaculation through the focus of attention as well as through the interruption of the ejaculatory flux. First, locate the point situated in front of the anus. If you identified the correct area, then you should feel a small hollow when you press.

You will then have to push a little upwards, until you feel an articulation. You may use this technique even during intercourse without pulling out.

A Method to Control Sexual Energy, Part 2

According to the Taoism, we, as human beings need to feel the sexual arousal daily, as it represents the life-giving force of sexual energy.

When we are sexually aroused, the amount of sexual hormones (considered in Taoism as “the fountain of youth”) increases substantially.

Consequently, the more we become aware of this energy and we learn how to direct it, the better we become capable of perceiving this rejuvenating energy at any moment.

In order to become a multi-orgasmic man, you need to be perfectly aware of the speed with which you reach the sexual arousal. Very few men pay attention to their own rhythm of sexual arousal.

Instead, they pass on from erection to ejaculation like race cars, without taking the time to notice, enjoy, and watch the road they are walking on.

In the incipient stages of arousal, the penis becomes swollen, gaining in length and thickness, as the tissue is swollen with blood.

As the penis gains in erection, the valves close the veins, preventing the blood to return in the body. Even male-babies and most men have at least few erections over night, while dreaming.

Almost any man has had the strange experience of being incapable of getting an erection once they were with a woman. Occasional inability of getting an erection is due to what the psychologist Bernie Zilbergeld called “the penis’ wisdom”.

This fact indicates that you have to pay special attention to certain aspects in your personal relationship, or it may be a sign that you are under pressure or stressed.

If a man has repeatedly had problems in getting an erection, his problem is called impotence, term which carries a meaning of weakness and lack of vigour.

In Tantra, this term does not exist. You may recourse to the solo exercises in order to get a stronger erection, and the lovemaking techniques for couples and you will not have to face this problem again.

Most men believe that there are two situations: either they are aroused, or not; either they have an erection, or they do not.

At youth, men get erections so often and so fast that it becomes difficult to distinguish between the levels of excitation.

Nonetheless, the Taoists distinguish four levels of arousal:

The first: firmness and dilatation
The second: thickness
The third: hardness
The fourth: heating

The erection is more than a static annex, but a process in development that reflects the level of arousal. Western doctors have recently confirmed the existence of these four levels of the erection, although they have described them in terms that are more technical.

At the first level, the penis begins to move and becomes erect. At the second, it is firm, but not hard – at least not hard enough to penetrate the woman’s vagina (unless you use the technique of Flabby Penetration).

At the third, it is erect and hard. In the fourth, it is very hard and hot. During this last stage, the testicles enter the man’s body.

If you maintain the third level, without reaching the fourth, it will be easier to avoid ejaculation. The sublimation of the sexual energy will prevent the penis to reach the fourth level, in which it is hard and hot.

If you feel you are about to enter the fourth level, anxious and explosive and you want to become aware of the third and fourth levels of arousal, you have to learn to relax the pelvic muscles and thus sublimate the sexual energy more easily.

Spontaneity and Lovemaking

Ecstasy: in Greek the prefix “ex” is generally translated as “outside”, and “staxis” as “to stay”. Consequently, amorous ecstasy refers to the erotic state obtained through erotic union performed only with continence of transcending any state of consciousness and escaping from the monotony of the ordinary lovemaking.

An obvious fact needs to be stated in the beginning of this article: we cannot enounce instructions that would generate spontaneity in our readers, because one cannot be spontaneous while following specific instructions.

Just as the inspiration of the artist consists in seeing things from a personal perspective, the spontaneity in lovemaking is first and most important of all a matter of feeling.

The direct, intimate perception of your lover, the true and genuine feelings, and the perceptions of your lover’s sensations will generate an immediate, intuitive knowledge that acts as a psychological guide of what you have to do.

In the following, we will still make some suggestion, hoping in a deeper and better understanding of the term spontaneity and its importance in a steady couple relationship.

What you are about to read are not rules, nor techniques, they are rather merely impulses in the right direction for those who would want such impulses.

Think of the first time you ever wanted to ride a bicycle. You did need a first impulse at that time. Think of the following in the same terms. After the first lessons, it is so easy to open up and enjoy the naturalness, and relaxation that any further suggestion or hint becomes useless.

As one may easily notice, any great artist has begun to truly create something after he has come out of his or her master’s influence. Lord Byron, the Romantic poet said that when one begins to create, “ten thousands of delicate inspirations” come our way.

Let us now move to what concerns us at this point. Lovemaking is grossly made of three parts: kiss, caress and the lovemaking itself.

How many ways of kissing are there? Maybe more than the raindrops that gently caress the flowers in the spring. The lovers may kiss each other by simply touching the tips of their tongues, simply enjoying this sensation.

Careful only to the sensations and reactions that they have, careful only at the impulse and ardent desire of doing what they were doing. Important is the simple touch of the tongues, without trying to direct your lover’s tongue one way or another, without inhibiting this passionate movement, and without necessarily staying still.

In other words, allow your tongue to move freely, as in a dazzling dance, feeling, tasting, and doing any movement that you might want, or maybe none of the above, just being relaxed and intimate with your lover.

Thus, you allow all your yearnings to manifest freely, without doing a certain gesture; or rather your tongue becomes the gesture, feeling the flavor of divine nectar.

Very soon you will notice, thrilled, that your tongue seems to have a mind of its own, and knows exactly what to do. All you need to do at this point is to feel and express freely and directly what you experience.

Feeling is now more than just tasting, it is also perceiving the warmth, the moisture, the softness, the breath – all are mere calls to touch.

Even if you spend in this lucid drunkenness of love moments or hours on end, it is sure that you will want to feel and touch your lover not only with your tongue, but also with your lips, kissing your lover’s lips and any part of her body, according to some tacit “agreements”.

There is no need to inhibit the movements of your lips or tongue, simply allow them to move freely, spontaneously and playfully on your lover’s body.

There is no possibility, in this whole wide world that could get you know your lover as directly and as personally as allows this sacred intimacy.

Someone compared this type of kissing with a stellar painting, filled with bright colors, in four dimensions, a cosmic diagram of the feelings and inner experiences that appear in a person when the kissing flows freely and naturally from the lips of both lovers, as the blood flows in the veins.

Taoist Techniques for the Control of Sexual Energy, 6

Perform nine rapid contractions of the perineum, jaws and fists muscles. Perform nine such powerful and rapid contractions for the Great Ascension, while retaining the breath with your lungs filled with air.

These contractions “absorb” the surplus of energy that may lead to ejaculation. Go as far as six sets of nine contractions, until the ejaculatory-impulse disappears.

With this method, the aroused sexual energy tends to leave the nerves and goes to the contracted muscles. Make the retention of your breath as fast as possible, so that the nervous impulse is cut as often as possible. Repeating the nine contractions for six times should reduce the ejaculatory impulse to zero.

However, you do not have to perform all six sets of nine contractions. Essential is to regain your control over the sexual energy.

As you are on top of your lover, supporting yourself on the forearms, with your penis inside your lover’s vagina, your seed will be quite “effervescent”.

The nine contractions performed as mentioned above will help you control the sexual energy. Meanwhile, you will have the time to enjoy the calm force that springs from this technique.

The genital glands enlarge when you get close to the point of non-return. The contractions for the Great Ascension reduce their dimensions, extract the extra-energy from them and diminish the sexual tension.

A short interval between the contractions enhances the power of the muscles to block the seed. If the interval between two contractions is too long, the muscles will perform an ineffective contraction.

The inhalation should not be too fast or too slow, so that the energy has the time to flow back to the genital area. The breath retention during the nine contractions weakens the impulse leading to ejaculation.

The purpose of these contractions is to change the direction of the seminal fluid. From a physical point of view, this means that you have to accelerate the flow of the sexual energy upwards, through the spine.

This acceleration occurs only in the moment of the contraction, and not when you relax the muscles. Thus, it is required that you perform several successive contractions in order to direct the fluid into the body and to defeat the tendency of the seed to dissipate.

The importance of this step should not be neglected. The greatest muscle of the body has to be used for our advantage.

Contract the buttocks so that if you sit, your body lifts a little. Having a good muscular tonus of your buttocks is important for your health.

When these muscles are flaccid, the vital energy flows out of the body. When these muscles are toned, one of the two basic energies of the body is held inside.

The other energy gets out of the body through the penis, when ejaculating. The pain becomes easily bearable if the muscles are contracted. Just as the nervous impulse named “pain” is weakened by a muscular contraction, so is the ejaculatory impulse.

In both cases, the muscles absorb energy, and this interferes with the nervous impulse. The contraction of some important muscles takes the energy from the genital area.

The contraction of the buttocks is recommended mainly for the interruption of the nervous circuit between the brain and the genitals, at the base of the spine. Consequently, contract firmly the buttocks, as this action stops the ejaculatory impulse from reaching the final.

Taoist Techniques for the Control of Sexual Energy, 7

Clench the teeth and press the tongue on the palate. The clenching of the teeth interrupts the nervous flux between the body and neck. Moreover, this helps the contraction of the buttocks.

These two contractions should be simultaneous because they help one another and ensure a complete blockage. During the contraction, the seed is directed deeper and deeper into the body.

The most intense transmutation of the fluid occurs at the end of the counting, by the seventh, eighth, and ninth contraction. The firmness of the contraction determines the forced ascension of the fluid. The contractions should be stronger and stronger, from the first to the ninth.

If you prolong lovemaking, the pleasure will grow in intensity. In the moment in which the pleasure increases, you have to maintain the uro-genital diaphragm closed.

This will help you prevent the sperm from going beyond the “gate”. Try to stop it or you will find it impossible to control it. It is necessary that you stop ejaculation before the sperm begins to “agitate”.

Exhale, releasing the yang energy and relax the head, neck, chest, abdomen and pelvis areas. Allow the energy to flow into your beloved. Inhale and direct the energy to the head area. If this is difficult for you, lead the energy to Hui-Yin and then up the spine.

One may look upon the Great Ascension as an internal current, beginning with the contraction of the penis, goes through the perineum and buttocks, on the spine, to the head area.

If you have difficulties in directing the energy to the head area, you may channel the energy to the navel in the first stage. Thus the energy will follow the voluntary muscular contractions, being forced to go up to the head area.

After the energy builds up in this area, you may direct it downwards, to Hui-Yin, and then through the spine towards the head. If you deposit carefully the energetic fluid, it will be a lot easier for you to direct it afterwards.

The relaxation after the Great Ascension determines the expansion of the sanguine vessels contracted in the penis. Thus you absorb a great quantity of Yin energy without any effort. During the great ascension, the woman’s energy enters her body through the inferior part of the man’s body.

During relaxation, the energy is “attracted” towards the upper centers. This effect is obvious even from the early stages of the practice.

In the beginning, the systematic practice of the Great Ascension may seem difficult, even exhausting for some people, but practice will make it easy and at hand. Close the inferior gate so that your seed stays inside.

The power of the will to control the seed grows as you practice. Increasing your will power to retain your seed will amplify your will in all domains: in work, sports, and family. Consequently, love and desire to grow spiritually will benefit from a restless vigor, full of surprises.

If the erection weakens, start the penetrations again and use the Delicate Absorption. After the first series of penetrations and strong contractions, you may sometimes contract the head of the penis during the penetration.

The head of the penis is just as a baby gently sucking his mother’s breast. Begin to direct the energy in this manner.

The Great Ascension has a greater effect if the penis is already filled with yin energy through the Delicate Absorption.

The difference between the Delicate Absorption and the Great Ascension should be clear by now: the Delicate Absorption accompanies the usual penetration, and the head of the penis, the testicles and the uro-genital diaphragm are contracted. The rest of the muscles are relaxed, and do not contribute to the channeling of the energy.

This technique is mainly about preventing the energy from getting out, not necessarily about channeling it upwards. Moreover, the energy builds up on the level of the penis, and we will transfer it upwards later, using the Great Ascension.

Techniques for the Control of the Genital Muscles

poza70-1.jpgA SIMPLE TECHNIQUE: During the process of evacuation of your intestines, separate the two excretory operations, meaning that you should not urinate while the proper evacuation of the intestines takes place.

PRACTICAL ADVICE: Become aware of the muscles that become contracted during lovemaking and during ejaculation. You will note that the abdominal and lumbar muscles contract. In order to prevent ejaculation, relax these muscles, and do not make any sudden, abrupt movements.

The coming and going movements should be an ample, supple undulation of the spine, not just a movement of the buttocks.

About the movements, the Taoist texts recommend that the coming and going movements be performed in the following pattern that helps the control of ejaculation: three superficial movements and a deep one for 81 times; as this number is the perfect number in the Taoist tradition.

The reasons are simple and easy to understand. A man’s strength, his efficiency, his capacity for action, his vital, mental and spiritual resources are in close connection with his sexual potential energy.

In the following, you will know three efficient Taoist techniques designed especially for the control of the sexual energy.

The three-fingers method has its origins in China, and goes as far as 5.000 years. It is a very simple method and anyone can learn it in no time. Basically, it implies stopping the loss of the sperm through the pressure applied with the fingers.

A few seconds before ejaculation, pull out from your lover’s vagina and press the point between the anus and sex with the three longer fingers of the right hand. Thus, this pressure applied in this area prevents ejaculation and the waste of the sexual energy.

First, locate the exact spot: press the point placed between anus and scrotum – a “gate” through which the energy comes in and out of the body.

Second, press with a medium force, feeling the exact pressure to apply. Usually, as the fingertips are quite strong, the pressure should not be very strong in order to stop the fluid.

Next, use all the three fingers (index, middle finger and ring finger) to stop the fluid. If we use one finger only, the seed would tend to pass by.

Two fingers will not totally block the channel, and therefore use the index and the ring finger in order to press both sides of the urethra and immobilize it, and then the middle finger presses directly on the urethra, consequently the fluid will not pass by. Bend the fingers, most of all the middle finger.

Immediately after you feel that ejaculation is imminent, pull out of your lover’s vagina, and apply the pressure to stop the fluid. If you wait too long, the pressure will not be enough to stop the fluid.

This pressure should be applied before, during and after the contractions announcing the ejaculation.

Block the “gate” with your fingers until you are absolutely certain that the ejaculation will no longer occur. The result of this blockage is that an important part of the seed will flow back inside the seminal reservoirs it came from.
