The woman often gets the wrong ideas in such moments, thinking that the man no longer likes her, or he no longer is attracted to her.


Nonetheless, her tendency to inhibition will do more damage than good. She should instead remain calm and warm, helping her lover get over this unpleasant moment for both of them.

Regardless of the cause of an impossibility of getting an erection at one time, the purpose is to overcome this moment and to get the desired erection.

Secret Eastern teachings recommend for this case that the man undresses completely and lies on the bed, relaxing. He tries to get into the state of receptivity named “the pose of perception”, in which he no longer focuses on getting an erection, but on eliminating the cause that lead to the lack of erection.

His lover lies in the same bed, on his left side, with her head towards his feet, without touching him.

The man slowly passes his hands over his abdomen, until reaching his penis. Then, he will hold his penis with his right index and thumb, while his left hand takes hold of his testicles.

He focuses on the image of his contracted pelvic muscles and views his penis and all it channels. Then he pulls his fingers to the head of his penis, continuously pressing it. Simultaneously he will tense the penile muscles, visualizing how the penis is filled with virility and energy.

Repeat this sequence several times, maintaining the contraction of the penis during the time required to “go over” the entire length of the penis, from the base to the head. When reaching the head, relax the muscles and release the penis.

Relax for a couple of minutes, and repeat the sequence: hold your penis, press, slide the ring formed of the index and the thumb slowly from base to head, while contracting the penis. Repeat once more, and then maintain the position with the eyes closed.

Then the woman makes the same movements with the exact position of the hands: she holds her lover’s penis with her right index and thumb and presses the base of the penis, and her left hand gently holds his testicles.

At this moment, the man has to make a powerful contraction of the penis and he has to maintain this contraction all the while the woman slides her fingers along his penis. She will press as much as needed to create the sensation of a gentle sliding.

The woman has to release the penis when feeling the contraction becoming less powerful. At this point she will not let her fingers slide back, at the base of the penis, but she will let the penis “fall” freely, and only then she will encircle it with the ring made of her fingers.

The man and woman repeat the process as described two more times, after which they relax. Then the man lies on his stomach, and the woman will lie on his right side, in the same position as described before.

Now the man sits on his knees and elbows, “on all fours” as this position is named, spreads his knees as much as he feels comfortable, and then places his head on his forearms.

The woman will hold his testicles with her left hand and her right hand slides gently on his abdomen until reaching his penis, holding its base as described before. The man focuses on the muscular contractions of his penis, while the woman slides her fingers from base to head.

Owing to the position, this part reminds of the milking – and therefore it is known in the traditional tantric texts as “the milking of the penis to erection.” The woman will stop “milking” when she feels the man relaxed his muscles.

From a physiological point of view, the erection occurs through “swallowing” the “empty” channels of the penis with blood – process that leads to its enhancement and rigidity until reaching the erection. The man contracts his muscles three times, and the woman “milks” him every time, after which they take a break.

The man now focuses on the sensations he perceives, while the woman starts the same process again. Even when the penis becomes hard and rigid she will continue “milking”, but without allowing her fingers to slide back from head to base, only from base to head.

She will massage simultaneously his testicles, enhancing thus his pleasure in a gentle manner. When his penis starts to react to the milking process, the man will come on his knees, and his lover will take her hands off his genitalia.

She lies on her back with her head towards her lover’s “treasure”, while he comes with his head in between her legs, forming the famous 69 position.

METHOD 2: The man and the woman lie on the bed so that they have easily access to each other’s sexual organs. With the left hand she may stimulate his testicles, perineum, and anal muscles, and with the right hand she will encircle the base of his penis, forming a ring of her index and thumb.

She will slide her fingers along the man’s penis from base to head, never in a reversed order. The milking generates a blood-current that fills the “empty” vessels with blood, prolonging the erection in this manner.

This kind of touch is highly exciting, especially when it is accompanied by the caress of the testicles and anal area. It is a delicious touch and the erection will be strong enough soon.

The man may recourse to contractions in order to support the process of erection. He may watch his lover’s hands caressing his intimate areas, if this is exciting for him. The whole exercise will introduce him in the foreplay and there is no doubt that this technique will fulfill its purpose: to cause a hard erection!

METHOD 3:A very simple method for you to get a stronger, natural erection is to place your thumb on the head of the penis and the index on the base of the penis, inhale, and slowly and gently massage the penis from base to head.

The thumb, the index and the middle finger will press so that the blood will be forced through the head of the penis. Continue this massage for as long as you can hold your breath. Repeat nine times.

This technique leads the blood into the penis and keeps it there. While holding your breath, count to nine and each time you count, make a move towards the head. This technique hardens the penis, stimulates the erection and strengthens the whole organism, as it acts as a massage.
